Multiple Instances

This feature is very useful in scenarios where the tenants have multiple subsidiaries, sectors or divisions. It allows the tenants to host multiple instances of Dolphin across all the subsidiaries.

In such scenarios the Tenant Admin should provision SharePoint sites for the subsidiaries. Then install and configure Dolphin 365 as usual on each site.

Tenant admin can add same user across all the instances he/she provisions. This is useful in scenarios where Contract Manager who is head of legal overlooking across all sub divisions.

So when the user logs in, he/she is presented with the instances they have and can login to the desired instance.

NOTE: Each and every instance will work with its own contract, company and contract type repositories. Also can have users defined for each instance to have a clear separation between each instance.
